Helping Seniors Find Good Jobs in Today's World
Many 50+ Americans are returning to the workplace to create better lives for themselves. But competing in the job market can be a challenge — especially if you’ve been out of the workforce for any length of time.
Your skills may need refreshing, and perhaps it’s been a while since you’ve written a resume or gone to a job interview. That’s why the AARP Foundation has two distinct programs to help qualifying seniors find meaningful, well-paying jobs.
Choose the Program that Best Meets Your Needs
Senior Employment Service Employment Program (SCSEP) helps those 55 and older who need jobs find jobs. With over 77 project sites in 22 states and Puerto Rico, SCSEP has already helped over 400,000 low-income seniors across America develop the skills and confidence they need to secure a meaningful job, increase their financial security, and help their community.
